Booking conditions : Your reservation must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit equivalent to at least 25% of the stay. In order to take t he deposit we need credit card information (card number, expiry date and the 3 last numbers on the back card) for VISA - MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The name of card holder should be the same as the booking and the coming people.
All reservation must be guarantee by a 25% deposit of the stay
including 15 € for booking fee.
If you cancel : Between 30 to 15 days before arrival date, we keep the 25% of the stay Between 14 to 8 days before arrival date, we shall charge 50% of the stay Less than 7 days before arrival date we shall charge 100% of the stay
No show on the arrival date, we shall charge 100% of the stay
